A few policies for you all, nothing complicated or unusual don't worry!
Shipping and Shopping
Please remember that you are buying from an individual artisan, not a huge chain, as such you are buying to buy, not to look. If you would like to see an item before purchase please check out my events page or contact me to see if a studio visit can be arranged.
If you do change your mind I will accept returns within 14 days, but I will expect buyers to contact me before sending, items must be in the same condition as you received them and the buyer will cover the outgoing and return postage, please see events page if you'd like to see before you buy.
A short term update for my shipping policies. I'm undergoing major surgery on 12th February 2026 and during my recovery I won't be able to drive for at least a month. So for a while posting will only be possible on Saturdays, I appreciate your understanding if this means a slightly longer wait.
REMEMBER your monitor may not show a true representation of colours.
ALLERGIES
My artwork is all created using animal fibres (all cruelty free) so if you have allergic reactions to any animal fibres please feel free to contact me before buying to check.
