By far the most detailed piece I have ever created this original needle felt art is centred on a pair of wrens having a chatter amongst a detailed autumnal scene. On close study you will find a plethora of detail amongst the honesty seeds and toadstools. The black background gives a dark and moody atmosphere to the whole piece.
The magnificent frame is a vintage find, it's wonderfully chunky and yet elegant and is finished with gold guilding wax. It is my intention to have glass installed before delivery to give additional protection to the artwork. The frame itself is approximately 100cm tall by 60cm wide.
